LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE AGREEMENT

THIS IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING.

1. Acknowledgment of Risks
I, the undersigned, acknowledge that participation in Blue Sky Training involves certain risks, including but not limited to falling from a height, cutting yourself, burns, electrocution or other personal injuries. Closed toed shoes are required in the training facility at all times. I understand and accept that these risks may result from the actions, inactions, or negligence of myself, other participants, or the organizers of the activity.

2. Voluntary Participation
I affirm that my participation in this training is entirely voluntary and that I have not been coerced into signing this agreement.

3. Release of Liability
I agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Blue Sky Training, ARUS Consulting and its officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and volunteers from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of or related to my participation in this training.

4. Assumption of Responsibility
I assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur to me or property during my participation in this training, regardless of the cause.

5. Medical Treatment
I authorize Blue Sky Training to secure emergency medical treatment for me in case of injury, accident, or illness while participating in Blue Sky Training. I understand that I am responsible for all associated costs.

6. Photo and Media Release
I consent to the use of my image, likeness, or voice in promotional materials, photographs, or recordings taken during the event, without compensation.

7. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and any disputes arising under it shall be resolved in the courts of Larimer/Colorado.

8. Severability
If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand this agreement. I am signing voluntarily and intend for this agreement to be a complete and unconditional release of liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
