Field Shadowing

When training our own field team, we have found the best practice to build confidence in the field is to start with shadowing a seasoned pro and transition to that pro shadowing you. Ask anyone in the field. Until you do it yourself, it’s all theory. Start building your concrete experience with the help of a pro to guide you.
In-Field Lifeline
Some jobs need a support call line.
But who can you call when a pipe needs to be tented in a dense-pack job? With our field enablement, we offer In-field lifeline services. If you get stuck, call our team to talk through the problems. When you first start, it may be a call every day as you see new problems. As time goes on, you’ll start to need lifelines less and less. We’re here for all of it.
